These conditions govern bookings and participation in excursions. All bookings imply acceptance.

1. Boarding conditions
   There must be at least as many adults or young people over 12 years old as children under 12 years old.
   Not recommended for pregnant women over six months.
   Babies under six months old are not allowed.
   EASYTOUR may refuse boarding if these rules are not respected, without refund.

2. Booking and payment
   Prices include VAT.
   Payment of the deposit or the total amount required to confirm the reservation.
   A reservation not paid in full before departure may be cancelled by EASYTOUR without compensation.

3. Cancellation by the customer
   More than 48 hours before departure: full refund.
   Less than 48 hours: no refund.
   No-show: no refund.
   Cancellation must be submitted in writing and confirmed by EASYTOUR.

4. Cancellation or modification by EASYTOUR
   The captain alone decides whether it is possible to leave.
   In case of bad weather or adverse conditions, full refund.
   A postponement may be offered subject to availability and customer agreement. No additional compensation will be provided.

5. Obligations and responsibilities
   The participants follow the crew's instructions.
   EASYTOUR is not responsible for incidents related to failure to comply with instructions or reckless behavior.

6. Applicable law
   French law applies.
   Seeking an amicable solution in case of dispute. In the absence of an agreement, jurisdiction will fall under the courts of the district where EASYTOUR's registered office is located.
